Please refer to the map for the location. It is located on the first floor of Restaurants mall facing a one-lane city road, and there are two shared parking lots for 70 cars. Access by car is very good. We had a single-grade unaju (4,800 yen). The origin of the eel is Mikawa Isshiki, the heat source is unconfirmed. It is a quick serve that takes 15 minutes from ordering to being served. It is a pre-prepared type. The main dish is a tall and slim 1+1/4 tail. It is cooked moderately steamed and the back is well grilled. The meat and skin do not separate, and the skewers are carefully removed. The fat content is moderate. There is no unpleasant taste and it is full of flavor. The sauce is medium-thick. It has a good shine and a good balance of three flavors. The rice is Uzen Tsuyahime. The amount is small, cooked hard, which is to my liking, and the sauce is too much. It comes with pickles and liver soup. Since Sushi and eel are the two main dishes, the quality is quite good. The sake on offer was carefully selected from 10 varieties, mainly Jungin sake from eastern Japan. My partner was very pleased with Seafood on the menu.
