緊急事態宣言が明けたので、行きたかったお店にやっと行くことができました。
以前のお店の情報は分かりませんが、雰囲気のあるお店の佇まい、清掃が行き届いた店内、高級感もあり期待は膨らみました。
お目当てのお料理は「数量限定・常陸牛のひつまぶし」と、入店前から決めていました。
ほんの少ししか待たずに、お目当てのひつまぶしが届きました。
可愛い女性スタッフが食べ方を説明してくれましたが、鰻のひつまぶしと要領が一緒だったので、一安心しました。
まず、お肉を一枚食べてみると、ほんのり甘いたれが絡めてあり、柔らかくした粒こしょうとのマッチングが素晴らしく、個人的な好みですが、出汁をかけるのがもったいないような気がしちゃいました。
とは言え、王道の食べ方「そのまま」「薬味と温泉玉子をのせて」「薬味と出汁をかけて」を楽しむことに…
どれもきちんと考えられた塩梅で、いろいろな味わいを楽しめました。
ランチのお値段としては、少々高めでしたが、その金額を出す価値があると確信しました。
連れは、戻りカツオとカキフライのランチをオーダーし、カツオの切り身が通常の店とは違って迫力が感じられ、とても満足していました。
きっとメニュー全てが美味しいお店だと思います。
