I visited Takabee Kazuiki. This shop is located about 10 minutes by car from Tsukuba Station! I think there were about 13 to 14 parking spaces! I found our restaurant on Instagram, and when I looked into it, I learned that it was a popular restaurant that you could only enter if you made a reservation, so I made a reservation about 3 weeks before I visited. There are counter and table seats inside the store! The inside of the store is divided into counter seats and table seats. The table seats were in the tatami room, and there was also a table with one seat in the counter room! Also, the inside of the store is made to look like a renovated private house! I was told that it might be out of stock, so I ordered the famous Hitachi beef hitsumabushi at the time of reservation, so I was able to eat the famous dish without any problems ♂️ The price is 1950 yen! *I will post a photo of the menu, but in addition to Hitachi Beef Hitsumabushi, there was a wide variety of Seafood dishes and Hamburg, I would like to try the Hitachi Beef Hamburg next time! ! ! As for the taste of the dish, it felt a bit weaker than I expected, so I personally would have preferred a little more intense seasoning, but it was delicious.The Hitachi beef was also more voluminous than I expected. If you like the seasoning, I think you'll be very satisfied with the product.As for customer service, the female staff carefully gave recommendations and how to eat it, so I felt a sense of hospitality! I used it for lunch and arrived at the restaurant around 11:45, but the sign outside said that the next tour would be after 1:00 p.m., so I think reservations are essential.
