知人におすすめされて訪問したガチ中華の店
日本語はなんとか通じるが店内に日本人は皆無
満卓にも関わらず誰も日本語を喋ってない（笑）
ヨダレ鶏と前菜3点盛をオーダー
基本、前菜はみんな冷菜
そしてよだれ鶏もきちんとしっかり冷たい
常温でもいいんじゃない？？？
と思うがこれが本場なのかもしれない
辛いは辛いが、そんなに驚くほど辛くはない
塩分もそこそこでびっくりするくらい塩っぱいものではない
ただただ鶏肉が安っぽい
うーん
で、麻婆豆腐を追加
こっちはかなりの塩分で甘さもしっかり
肉は少なくしっかり豆腐
これはライスが必須な塩っぱさ
そしてお米がとにかく安い
うーん
安い材料で本場なら、まともな材料で中華風がいいかな？
