Szechuan Cuisine / Mala Ten Meals Our head chef, who has 28 years of cooking experience in Sichuan, uses carefully selected ingredients and spices to create delicious dishes that bring out the authent |
I think there are two types of Chinese food: Chinese food that has become Japanese food, and authentic Chinese food (probably maintaining the original Chinese food), but authentic Chinese food. However, I think that they use local Ibaraki ingredients, so it's probably not the same as it is in the true sense of the word. But lettuce is different from what Japanese people think of as lettuce, and is it bok choy? When I asked him that, he said that was not true. For us (Japanese customers), it felt like a broccoli stalk. It's not sold in supermarkets, but apparently it's available in Japan as well. Well, without that, it's delicious! Easy! It's definitely a repeat. As for drinks, I only had Aoshima, so I can't comment on them until later. However, I guess it was premium Aoshima, so there was life! It might have been my first time drinking it. The reason I don't have many photos is because I ate them before I could take them...I don't take photos of drooling birds with my hands on them, but I'm feeling lonely so I uploaded them. The sausage was different from what I was familiar with. I intended the panda to be a dessert, but it wasn't, so I finished it off with some sesame dumplings.
