天久保にあるオープンしたてのお店。夜にお邪魔しましたが、そんなに混んでない印象。黒マー油系はなかなかお目にかかれないので気になってました(^^)
店内は効率が悪そうなテーブル配置で、カウンターっぽいところは左右が近過ぎて圧迫感を感じる…
元気の良いホールスタッフさんにオープン記念の説明を受け食券を購入。

博多とんこつ系にマー油は食べたことがあったのですが、濃いめのとんこつ系は初めて。香ばしいマー油がスープによくあって美味いです♪
Instagramで宣伝したら思ったよりお客さんが集まったみたく材料が足りないなどぼやいてましたw
