とんこつラーメンと並んで県南？北関東？に少ない味噌ラーメンの専門店です。
11:25に到着したらすでに開店しており、ギリギリ並ばずに座ることができました（直後に行列が発生）。
注文したのは代表メニューの「札幌味噌ラーメン」。スープは少々油が多めですが、いたってシンプルな味付けで、「味噌で勝負する！」気概を伺えます。太めのちぢれ麺とともに美味しくいただけました。無駄なトッピングが少ないのも好印象です。
驚いたのがホール担当のお母さんの気遣いとフットワークの軽さです。非常に快活で素晴らしいサービスでした。食後に爪楊枝を探そうとしたら、次の瞬間には「もしかしてお探し？」と持ってきて下さったのには感動しました（爪楊枝立ては券売機のところに置かれており共用）。
今年は暖冬ですが、寒ければ寒いほど美味しく感じられそうなラーメンです。また来ます。ご馳走さま！
