初来店。
これが札幌味噌ラーメンといったとてもシンプルで濃厚な味噌ラーメンです。
麺も黄色いちぢれた麺で、このスープにとても相性がいいと思います。
ちゅうもを注文後、10分も経たないうちにラーメンが、熱々の湯気をたたせながら運ばれてきた。麺を持ち上げると、さらに湯気が増しラーメンが見えなくなるほど。
スープは若干濃いめ。
チャーシューは軽く炙られており、香ばしい香りで私は好きなチャーシューです。
次はバターを入れて食べてみよう。
