We visited Ristorante Tsum in Tsukuba International Conference Center! Personally, I think this is an Italian Restaurants that will be getting a lot of attention in the future. Dishes that give you a sense of the terroir, using plenty of ingredients from Ibaraki Prefecture. Chef Oi worked at a starred Restaurants in Italy, Kacento in Kobe, and Azabu Juban Collage before opening his own restaurant in Tsukuba City. On this day, we had a lunch course, and it was a perfect combination of Ibaraki ingredients and local Italian Local Cuisine, creating an exquisite harmony! I would like to try the dinner course next time. I've recently become addicted to Ibaraki gourmet food, and it's easily accessible from Tokyo in about 40 minutes on the Tsukuba Express, so I'll be visiting again often♪ Thank you for the meal!
