土浦の山岡家。運営母体の㈱丸千代山岡家は札幌に本社がありますが、山岡家の発祥は茨城県南部の牛久市。現在の牛久店が１号店であり、茨城県内に多くの店を構えます。

脂・茹で加減・濃淡は安定のトリプル普通。やはり角切りチャーシューとほうれん草を増すと少し冷えちゃうけれど豪華になりますな。
のっけからすりおろしニンニクを投入するのがいつものルーティン。半分食べ進めたところで豆板醤も投入。ニンニクとピリ辛で食欲増進。ますます箸が止まらなくなりますw
コロチャーはほんのりと甘みがあっていいな。普通のチャーシューより絶対に美味しい、山岡家オリジナルのトッピングです。中盛りにしたので完食時はかなり満腹に。最後はいつもの一言。何で都心に無いんだぁ！
