注文と会計は着席前にレジでの先払い制でした。
注文時にまぐろラーメンの麺を細ちぢれ麺か太ストレート麺のどちらか聞かれました。
まぐろラーメンは、熱々の状態で提供されます。スープに張っている膜にも、スープにもしっかりマグロの出汁が染みていました。臭みは全くなく、炭焼したような香りが立っています。
麺を食べ終わったあとのスープは焼きおにぎりにとても合いました。
