I had a drink with my teacher who helped me out at work for the first time in a while, and he took me to his favorite restaurant. The restaurant we visited was "Imazu" which is close to JR Arakawaoki Station and where you can enjoy both meals and drinks. When you enter the restaurant, there is an L-shaped counter, a semi-private room, and a large room at the back. At the counter and inside the counter, there are rows of domestic and foreign liquors. I had heard that it Dining Bar, but it looks like a bar no matter how you look at it. I was guided to the very back of the counter seat and when I looked at the menu, I was surprised to see that there were many types of liquor, shochu, and sake, and they were all reasonably priced. There were so many options that I decided to leave the chase of alcohol to my teacher tonight. In addition to the regular menu, I ordered food from the blackboard's menu of the day that would go well with alcohol. The menu for this time is as follows. The food is carefully prepared and delicious, the restaurant is stylish and has a great atmosphere. If it was close to home, it's a place you'd want to go to every day. It's a recommended place to visit, especially for those who like Western alcohol.
