県北から県央エリアの美味い蕎麦屋はだいたい回ったと思うが県南は片手落ち
というわけで、未訪問の店を探してみた
口コミをみると高評価のこの店
いつもなら天ぷらだがこの日は連日の食べ疲れからせいろ大盛を注文
まずはひと手繰り
香りよく、喉越しの良い蕎麦であることはひと口目からしっかり感じられる
まだまだ新蕎麦の時期だが、香りが跳ねることも少なく良い仕上がり
つゆは田舎つゆと辛汁中間のような仕上がり
いろいろつけ方を変えながら楽しむと、下地の鰹の旨みがよくわかる
