When you take off your shoes and enter the restaurant, you will find a warm and calm Japanese space. It's this time on Saturday, but there are not many customers, so it's almost reserved space. First, let's take a look at the menu ♪ The impact is outstanding as soon as you open it! ︎ Special Soki (ﾟωﾟ) It's rare to see that Okinawan Soki at a soba restaurant. It's almost decided on this at first impression lol I'll take a picture of the menu and see it through to the end. Hmm, the Shamo chicken dishes look good, and I'd like to eat Tempura too (^◇^;) Hmm, I'm going to stick to my original intention. "Cold Soki Seiro" 1,650 yen including tax Arrived in about 8 minutes ♪ Two soba noodles in a seiro, soki as condiments, and a large bowl of warm dipping sauce. I started eating right away. First, I took a sip from the customary noodle lift... I ate it as it was, enjoying the smoothness and aroma (●´ω｀●) The buckwheat flour is carefully produced in Tadoshi-cho, Fukagawa-shi, Hokkaido, by Tokio Meguro and Shosaku Takahashi, and their passion for the buckwheat flour is amazing, and they call it "Sho-chan Soba" in tribute.
