飯村牛と弓豚のしゃぶしゃぶコースをいただきました。
お肉はどちらも大変美味しかったです。飯村牛はさしが多くて年配チームにはちょっと重かったですが、弓豚は脂が甘くしつこく無く気に入りました。
また驚いたのは、アクが全然出ない事！！アク取りは置いてありましたが、出番は全くありませんでした。
評価があまり高くない理由は…
前菜:
見た目は綺麗ですが、味がぼやっとしてて私にはイマイチでした。
ノンアルモヒート:
いわゆるモヒートを想像してる方にはお勧めしません。アルコール類と変わらないお値段だったので、本格的なものを期待してました。が、ミントはお飾り程度、多分ミントシロップを入れてると思うのですが、そこにジンジャーエールの甘さも加わり、スッキリ感は無し。
追加のお肉:
まさかのコース一人前と同じ料金でした。お会計でびっくり！！だったら、コース追加の方がお野菜やその他のものも追加になって得じゃん！！
もしかしたら、コースの一人前より追加のお肉は量が多かったのかもですが、そのような説明は一切なかったので今となっては謎のまま。見た目は最初のお肉と同じ量に見えました。
デザート:
ジェラートのみ。コースなのにでこのシンプルさには驚きました。
接客:
基本的な部分は問題なかったのですが、すいませんと声を出しても聞こえないようで、追加注文の時は毎回こちらから出向いてお願いする感じでした。さらにお会計の際は、スタッフの方が店内のテーブルに座って談笑していて、お会計お願いします、と言っても気付かない始末。店長ぽい方は、私がお会計してても立ち上がりもせず座ったまま。私たちが最後の客だったのもあるかと思いますが、とても不快に感じました。最後は立ち上がって見送ってくれていたようですが。。。
せっかくたまの贅沢で選んだのに、気持ちよくお店を出ることができませんでした。それなりのお値段を出しているので、お肉が美味しいのは当たり前。全員一致で次は無いね…となりました。
