久しぶりに来店。元祖つけ麺、山岸氏の東池袋の大勝軒の流れをくむ人気店。お店の看板にも、山岸氏の手書きのサインがその証(東池袋のお店、何度も通ったなぁ)。店内は平日のお昼にも拘らず、ほぼ満席。相変わらずです。麺や野菜の無料大盛は、価格高騰のため、止めたのは残念ですが、仕方ないですね。価格も50円アップしたのかな。
提供時間は中太麺のため10分程度は少なくともかかります。
味は濃厚ですが、しょっぱすぎず、脂も加減も絶妙。魚介の味が強すぎずオープン当初よりも、味のバランスが良くなった？濃厚なスープがしっかりと麺に絡みます。また、麺もこのスープに合ってます。麺は他の大勝軒グループと比べると、モチモチ感が弱く、噛み歯ごたえがある感じかな。食感がいいんです。チューシューも、柔らかく、またスープと相性抜群。旨いなぁ～としか言えません。
スープ割も用意されており、スープも最後まで美味しく頂きました。
