休日のランチに訪問。
以前にも伺ったことはありますが、
レビューは初めてでした。
店内に入ると・・・
煙がすごいです！！
本当にまっしろけ！！
どーしたってくらい？？？
とりあえず食べて出ようと相方と決め、
早々にメニューを決めます。
2600円ほどの食べ放題も気になりますが、
呑みたい私はパス！！
なので、奥様はセットを注文。
○七輪特上肉セット 1860円
最初に七輪がテーブルにど～～んと置かれます。
サラダ・ライス・スープ・焼き野菜・特上肉120gがついています。
焼き野菜はもやし・たまねぎ・キャベツ・ブナシメジ、
にんじん・ブロッコリー・ねぎ。
盛り上がったジンギスカン鍋にもやしと玉ねぎを敷きます。
ちょっと火が通ったら、周りに寄せて特上肉を。
特上肉はレアでいけるとのこと。
周りに火が通ったら特製のタレを漬けてパクリ！
臭みがなく美味しいです。
○ラムチョップ 1,120円
ビールのつまみに注文。
ラムチョップに塩コショウをまぶしてから、
ラムチョップをじっくりと焼きます。
焼きすぎない程度に焼いたらいただきましょう！！
特上肉同様、臭みは感じません。
骨の周りの旨みがすごいっす！
何本でもいけそうです。
久しぶりの訪問でしたが、こんなに煙もくもくでした？？
おしゃれな洋服は着ないほうがいいかもです。
でも、お肉は美味しかった～～。
次回は食べ放題で呑みまくりたいですね(*^_^*)
