C1グランプリでも有名な同店だが、やっぱりここに来たならジンギスカンでしょ！！
食べ放題も良いのだが、ランチのお手軽ジンギスカンもオススメ
今回は特上肉セット（1,920円）をオーダー
オーストリア産ラムの肩肉が120gに、焼き野菜とライスandスープが付いてくる
おかわり肉に書いてあるラムチャップ（1,300円）も気になるがひとまずはこれで
この店のラム肉はとにかく嫌なにおいがしない
そして、変に筋ばったところもない
鮮度がいいからなのか、下処理がいいからなのかはわからないが、とにかく美味しいことに間違いはない
食べ放題にすればよかったかと、一瞬後悔するほど美味しい
醤油ベースのタレも甘口で美味
でも、これだけ素直なラム肉なら塩で食べるのがオススメ
