タイトル通り、地元に深く根付き、愛されていることを感じさせるお店です。私の家の周りには、チェーン店しかないので、こんなお店が家の近くにあったら、毎日でも通ってみたいと思ってしまいました。雰囲気も昔ながらの趣が感じられる素敵なお店です。
ずっと行ってみたいと思ってウン十年。今日は意を決して東京から電車に乗り向かいました。神立駅を降りて、約３キロ。歩くには遠い距離なので、タクシーを拾って向かいます。到着は１０時２０分。一番乗りかと思いきや、お客さんはすでに数名いました。食券は迷うことなく名物の「もつ煮定食」。そばかうどんか聞かれましたが、店名通り、うどんにしてみます。
まさに『こういうのでいいんだよ！！！』と思う味です。もつ煮は、よく煮込まれていて味が染みわたっています。幼少期にタイムスリップしたような懐かしい気分に。まさにおふくろの味という感じです。うどんもシンプルな具材と味つけが、毎日でも食べたくなるような思いにさせてくれます。お昼前の朝早い時間なのに、お客さんの出入りがそれなりにあります。
店主に二言三言、お礼を言い、帰りは、神立駅まで歩いて向かいました。
今度は、車で家族を連れて行ってみようかな。
