危険な暑さで土浦市の喫茶蔵に避難です。二回目の利用です。蔵の中涼しい！生き返ります。
林檎のケーキにアイスコーヒーのセットを注文。リンゴアイスクリームが中に詰まった林檎のかたちのケーキです。この蔵は明治25年に建造されたもの。いつもすいていて落ち着きます。土浦って街中に喫茶店やカフェ少なく重宝してます。

レンガ造りの蔵の中で食べたシフォンケーキ

久々に素敵な喫茶店でゆっくりとできました。結構な雨降りの日もあって自分以外の客は0でした。クラシックが薄っすらと流れる店内、座布団は高安関。天井は高くステンドグラスがお洒落です。
紅茶のシフォンケーキとブレンドコーヒーのセット(570)を注文。シフォンケーキは優しい甘さで軽くふんわりした食感。
明治25年にできた蔵のようです。土浦もなかなかディープですね。ここは超オススメです。
