土浦市神立にある「そば源」初めての訪問
ご主人は毎朝早起きしてお蕎麦を打っているそうです
時には足りなくなってしまいお昼にもう一度打つ事も、なかなかの繁盛店なのですね
もり570円（大）＋150円を注文しました
妻はけんちん蕎麦890円
二八で打たれたやや中太の蕎麦は、こしがあって表面のなめらかな喉ごしのいい美味しいお蕎麦です
切りむらは少しありますが、水切りは良好
つゆは濃いめのタイプで、お蕎麦が好きな方にも大丈夫
山葵は練りではないが、本山葵風の業務用を使用していると思われます。ねぎは普通の切り
他の方の口コミを読むと、セット物がとても人気の様ですが、このレベルのお蕎麦と丼ものなどが付いたものが、1000円ちょっとのお値段で頂けるのであればとてもお徳なのではないでしょうか
妻の食べていた、けんちん蕎麦は具沢山で、とても美味しそうです
特に冬には体が温まりそうでいいですね
今日もなかなかの繁盛振りですが、平日お昼時は、更にサラリーマンなどのお客さんで一杯でしょうね。
