土浦市下高津にある、本物の昭和を味わえるお店
『土浦飯店』
暖簾をくぐると年季の入ったテーブル席、先客は2名、そして真っ白い煙草の煙
まるで博物館の昭和のセットのような空間は、誰もが時が止まっているのではないかと錯覚してしまうような雰囲気があります

それにしても安い‼︎ ラーメンなら350円、炒飯は400円、値段も昭和そのものです
おばあちゃんが調理を開始、野菜をカットする音、注文を受けてから切るのですね
次に野菜を炒めたら、麺を湯切り、湯気が上がります
ウマニそばは、サービスの漬物と一緒に出されました
白菜を中心に、玉葱、人参など、優しいタイプの餡かけラーメンですね
まずはスープから、見た目通り優しい味わいです
野菜も炒めたというより、煮込んだと言うか、柔らかくやはり優しい食感
麺をいただきましょう
う〜ん懐かしの中華麺って感じで美味い、茹で加減もいい感じです
サービスの漬物で箸休め、まさにおばあちゃんの味
おばあちゃんは調理を終えると、常連さんと雑談
それが何と、77歳のおばあちゃんの幼稚園の頃のお話しで、当時左利きだったおばあちゃんは、親や先生から右利きにするように、キツく指導されたそうです
もし今そんな事をしたら、先生クビになっちゃうでしょうね笑笑
そして雑談しながら、煙草をぷかぷか
それにしても昔の人は、よく煙草を吸う
おばあちゃんも常連さんも、吸い終わるとまた次の煙草に火を付け途切れる事がありません
もう煙いのを通り越して、私の服まで煙草の匂い
皆さんどう見ても80歳くらいですから、煙草の健康被害って、本当にあるのかなって思っちゃいました
