蕎麦も美味しいけれど、

自分自身はこのお店の天重やカツ丼が好きかな。

当然、蕎麦は必ず食べますが。

その時の気分で盛り蕎麦とカツ丼のセットだったり、ざる蕎麦の他に天重を単品で注文したりします。

以前はつけ汁が醤油や出汁の味が強いように感じていたけど、最近は味が丸くなったと言うか塩辛さが少なくなったように感じました。

個人的には良い加減の味付けかなと思います。


蕎麦湯も以前はゆで汁なんだなと思っていたけど、現在はゆで汁に蕎麦粉を溶かしているような味の濃さを感じました。

ちなみに蕎麦や丼ものはプラス１５０円で大盛りに出来ます。

今回は写真を取り忘れたので次回訪問したときに写真の投稿をしたいと思います。
