片側1車線の町道に面し、駐車場は、敷地内に3台分程度。車でのアクセスは不良です。
蕎麦は、配合比不明の1種。もり・大をいただきました。
暗灰色な太打ちの蕎麦は、星見えず。
冷やし・水切り適度。
切りムラ僅か、端切れ少々。
コシは砕けてます。茹で過ぎでしょう。断面まん丸に膨張しきってます。
風味はトんでしまってます。
常陸秋そば使用とのことですが、同振興協議会の一覧表に、その名は見えません。
盛り良し。
つゆは中濃、特徴無し。諸々標準的。
