つくば鶏のつけ汁そば１０００円
二八そばの、田舎そば 星が見られたおそばになります
水切りがもう少し完璧だと汁も薄まらず良いと思います
つけ汁は、熱々濃いめのお味で焼きネギと、焼き目の入った鶏がよく、出汁を出しています
蕎麦の量もあり、高級店のように少なくなく肩肘張らずに伺えるお店です
ごちそうさまでした～
