備忘録。訪問日不明。牛久大仏拝観後に訪問。
気温が少し下がって温かいものが食べたくて検索したら近くにヒット。
地元のお客さんと観光客で賑わっているお店です。お蕎麦とうどんと両方あります。
蕎麦は関東人が大好きな出汁と醤油が効いていますが、重たくなくてとても良い塩梅！蕎麦は少し平打。かき揚げはカリッとしてて崩れない。蕎麦と別盛りなのが嬉しい。
地元の人の昼ごはんちょい飲み、観光客のランチに申し分ないクオリティ⭐︎温かいお蕎麦を美味しく頂きました。
