初訪問です。
もちろん、
買い物メインですが、
みんなが
お腹をすかせる前に
長蛇の列が出来上がる前に
11:30に１組待ちで、
ご訪問。
自分たちの後ろには
長蛇の列が。
このくらいの時間から
他の店舗にも人が溢れていた。
危ない、危ない。(^◇^;)
さて、
美味しそうな写真メニューを
見ながら、
オーダーしましょう。
・カルボナーラ
・牛スジ赤ワイン煮込み
〜半熟玉子のせ
・エビとニンニクのピッツァビアンカ
まずは、
パスタから登場です。
少し塩味が効いてましたが、
ソースも美味しいし、
パスタの茹で加減もバッチリで
美味しかったです。
しかし、
ベーコンもしょっぱいし、
やはり、
全体的に濃いし
しょっぱい。
濃い目の味付けが好きな
自分でも
そう感じるほど。
次に、
牛スジ煮込み。
想像通りの味がしました。
正直、普通です。
半熟玉子は少し熱が通り
過ぎかな。
食べ終わる頃に
ピザが出てきました。
美味しそう！
でも、
具材のエビの偏り方が…。
このままカットすると
相方とモメます。笑
エビを均等に
分配してから
カットして食べました。
生地はモチモチ食感は無くて、
コゲの味が口に残ります。
パスタと間逆で
ピザは薄味。
ニンニクはすりおろしの
生ニンニクかな？
ダイレクトにニンニクの
味とチーズの味だけが
口に広がる感じですかね。
正直、
こういった場所でもない限り、
なかなか人は集まらないのでは
ないでしょうか。
サービスの方も
男性２名、女性２名、
あとはキッチンからも
レジ等で2人がホールの
バックアップをしていた様子。
あれ？
お金触ったあと、
キッチン入るときに
手を洗ってないかな？
四角いテーブルを
丸く拭く方や、
椅子やテーブルの下を
チェックしないから
お子様が食べたテーブルは
次のお客さんが
自分で椅子の上の汚れを
払ってました。
水もテーブルの上に
最初からセットしてあるから
我々も
隣のテーブルも
ソフトドリンクなどを
頼もうとしてたのに
あ、コレで良いか！
ってなってました。
1人人材を増やして、
水をセットしないで、
組みに行かせるだけでも
その1人の時給の
何倍もソフトドリンクの
オーダーを取れて、
売上アップは間違いない。
黙っていても
混雑すると
全体を通して
お客さん目線から
遠ざかる結果に
なるのではないでしょうか。
