茨城県にアウトレットモールのフードコートにあるピッツァ屋さんです。
先に謝罪。
一応石窯らしいものがあるのは見えますが、
フードコートなんで正直舐めてました。
ごめんなさい。
なかなかに本格的なナポリピッツァで、おいしかったです。
フードコート内にある数ある店舗の中、こちらをチョイスしてよかったです。
東京・乃木坂にある人気のピッツェリアの姉妹店とのこと。
乃木坂のお店には行ったことはありませんが、ナポリピッツァを出すお店を何件か行っている中で、
このお店も遜色なくおいしいです。
休日ランチタイムを過ぎていましたが、さすがはフードコートなんでなかなか席が空きません。
ようやく空いた席に家族4人で滑り込み、
お店を物色。
汁物で子供達が火傷するリスクを避けたり、あつあつ鉄板系を避けてみたり、
すぐ食べれそうな混み具合のお店を検討した結果、
こちらのお店へ。
（決して「おいしそう」とかで判断していないところもある意味失礼なことか苦笑）
期待に応えて出来上がりの連絡はあまり待たされることなくおとずれ、さっさと受け取りに行き、パパッと食べることになりました。
【マルゲリータ】
コテコテに定番安全牌なピッツァを選択。
ショッピングモールゆえに雰囲気ゼロですが、
料理を受け取るカウンターには辛味オイルやタバスコなども用意されていて、
食べる前に好みでかけておくことが可能です。
唐辛子入りのオリーブオイルは好きですが、ピッツァ自身を食べてみないと味加減がわからなかったので八等分の切り込みが入れられているうちの半分にオイルをかけることにしました。
席に着き実食。
期待通り、縁は焦げ目が付いて膨らみ、カリッと焼けいて、中程はむちっとした食感の本格的ナポリピッツァでした。
バジルも香りよく、伸びのあるチーズもケチることなく盛られています。
全く問題ないですね。
炭酸水がわりにダイエットコークを飲みつつ頂きました。
一歳の息子を相手にしながらでしたが、十分おいしく頂きました。
重ねてになりますが、ショッピングモールでこのクオリティに驚きです。
