イオン土浦の1階にあるしゃぶしゃぶレストラン美山☆
休日にこちらのお店の前を通ると、混雑しておりファミリーやカップルが行列待ちしてます。
しゃぶしゃぶ、又はすき焼きかを選べるのもいいですよね☆
私達は2度ほど利用させていただきましたが、黒豚しゃぶしゃぶがお気に入りです。
黒豚バラ肉、なかなかいけますよ！
敬遠しがちな脂ですが、豚肉の旨みは脂にあります。
脂が多いバラ肉は、炒めものはもちろん、鍋物に最適だと思います。
加熱する事により脂の甘みが出ますからね。
味わい豊かな豚肉は、疲労回復ビタミンとも言われるビタミンB1が牛肉の約10倍含まれているそう。
豚肉に含まれてる栄養素は優秀なんですよっ☆
黒豚しゃぶしゃぶ、食べてみて下さい。野菜も一緒に摂取して下さいね。
