taketグルメ＃244。今回は茨城県土浦市・ＪＲ土浦駅に出没。
茨城名物けんちんそばを食べにぶらり訪問します。
平日12:15ごろ店に行くとすんなり入ることができました。
カウンター＊12席、4人テーブル席＊4テーブル、4人掛け座敷＊2セットの店内に
客の入りは6割。客層は30-50代サラリーマン100%
店の雰囲気は昭和のノスタルジック漂う蕎麦屋さん、店員の方が年配の女性であることも雰囲気に拍車をかけています。
注文はけんちんそば。約12分後に着丼です。
先ずはビジュアル＆匂いチェック...そばが見えないくらいもられたけんちんと出汁の匂いに興味を惹きます。
実食の時間★いただきます。
出汁をズズっと一口...ほのかに昆布と椎茸の味がしますが薄いです。そんな出汁に大根、ニンジン、こんにゃく、ごぼうと蕎麦を食べます。悪くない味です。ただし、出汁が薄口のため味が単調でただ黙々と食べる印象です。
良いところは野菜がふんだんに入っているのでヘルシーな点。そんなけんちんそばを食べていたら気付けば完食です。
総括すると、出汁の味がうすく単調なのでこの点数とします。出汁がいかんせん惜しいかな。ただし、精進料理発祥であることを考えるとそれも仕方ないと思います。
