常磐線荒川沖駅からは、そこそこ距離のある蕎麦屋さん。住宅地の中で、どちらかと言うと、ひっそりとした感じで営業されていますが、地元では、高い評価を得ているお蕎麦屋さんです。
◯天ざるそば
丸いざるに入った切りが綺麗に揃う美しいそばと言うのが第一印象。こんな様子のおそばがダメな訳がありません。
しっかりとした口当たり、のど越しも素晴らしい。キリッとしている上に、シュッとしているずいぶんと男前のおそばだと感じます。良いそば粉と良い水を使っているのでしょうと、容易に想像出来ます。
そばつゆは辛め。美味しいおそば屋さんは、だいたいにおいて、辛めのつゆが定番だと思っています。そんな辛さの中には甘味もちゃんと感じられる上等なそばつゆ。更におそばを美味しく仕上げてくれるようです。
店舗は、古民家とまでは言えませんが、瀟洒な建物を利用しています。アクセスは車が前提となりますが、駐車場が少ないのが玉にキズ。ご注意願います。
