土浦市 荒川沖。
“ 台湾ラーメン ” とは！
気になって 訪問。
国道６号線を 走っていて 気になっていた 台湾料理屋さん。
平日の お一人様ランチ です。
もうすぐ ２時。
静まり返った 店内。
ドキドキしながら「 まだ 大丈夫 ですか？ 」と 聞くと、ご主人は 台湾の方 なのかしら。
「 全然 大丈夫 」と 一言。
外観から 古い建物の イメージが ありましたが、テーブルなど 綺麗にしてあります。
迷わず お目当ての 台湾ラーメン。

“ 台湾ラーメンは、台湾のルーツを持つ、日本発祥の麺料理。
台湾ラーメンは 台湾料理では無いが、「担仔麺」という 台湾の麺料理が ルーツとされていて、味付け・具と共通する点が多い。
発祥としては 愛知県名古屋市で、名古屋めしの一種とされ、台湾では「名古屋拉麺」と呼ばれている。 ”

日本発祥！
台湾の ラーメンでは ないのですね。

うっすら 辣油が 浮かんでいます。
具材は ニラ・もやし・甘辛のひき肉。
シャキシャキの もやしが 心地良い です。
唐辛子の姿も ありましたが、辛さは さほど 感じられず。
喉越しの良い ツルコシ麺が このスープに よく 合っています。
確かに 日本人好みの 味付け。
美味しく 頂きました。
ランチタイムには cp良しの セットメニューが あります。
炒飯が 美味しいとの 口コミもあるので、次回は お腹を空かせて 訪問したいと 思います。
