名前がすごいです
爆筑です ザ･筑波という感じがすごい
基本は豚骨魚介のどろどろ系
1050円の特製ラーメンを頼んだら別皿でチャーシューが来ました
元々乗ってるのはトロトロな豚肉
別皿は鶏肉 燻製のような甘く燻された風味もありました
味玉は濃い色であるものの、程よい味付け
麺は家系に使われるような太さですが、もう少しコシほしかったところ 固めでの注文かつけ麺で注文してもよさそう
アクセスがネックですが美味しかったです
