14年ぶりの再訪。
先客は1組のみ。
つけ麺牛だし(850円)
中盛(+100円)
焼豚丼(350円)
爆筑といえば牛骨スープ(´- `*)。
気持ち23分で着丼！
スープは茶濁でやや甘めの牛骨。
久々(´- `*)。
麺はちょっと残念。
ただ牛骨以上に推しているチャーシューは、バラながら相当煮込まれていながらしょっぱくなく、美味い。
焼豚丼は豚だけでなく鶏も入っているようでこれも強いこだわりを感じる。
また来ます。
