わたしバムセ(▽꙾Ꙫ꙾▽)
この名前をハンドルネームにして早10年。（←食べログ10年やってます）
ちなみにバムセってのは「ロッタちゃんはじめてのおつかい」というスウェーデン映画に出てくるぶたのぬいぐるみの名前。
そこからとったバムセと言う名前を検索すると茨城県土浦市に「バムセ」というお店があることを知る。
だけど土浦なんて行くこともないだろうし一生行けないだろうな～ってずっと思っていたところ、偶然にも土浦に行く用事が！
SNSもやっていない、小さな個人店。
やってなかったらショックだな～と不安になりつつナビを頼りに行くと本当に民家。
個人のお宅にバムセの看板が付いているという不思議な外観。
お店の入口と自宅の入口とふたつあり、お店の方は鍵がかかっている。
自宅のところのピンポンを鳴らし、お店の方を開けてもらうシステムみたい。
何年も前からこちらのお店の存在は知っていたので、店内撮影禁止なのも知っていました。
だから店内写真はないけど、小ぢんまりしたシンプルで可愛らしいお店でした。
クッキーやマフィンなど、どれもお手頃価格で全部買い占めそうな勢いだったけど、そこは自重しましたよ。
まだ全部は食べてないけど、マフィンなど香り良くて美味しかった♪
お店の方に「私もバムセなんです」って言おうかな～!?と思いつつ、やはりそこはコミュ障。
脳内でニヤニヤしつつ買い物してきました。
数年越しの念願のお店、行くことが出来てホントに嬉しかったな～(*´꒳`*)
