土浦駅西口の駅近にある居酒屋さんです。
仕事仲間7名と土浦で飲むことになりましたが、以前水戸店で飲んだ時にもつ鍋が美味しく、馬刺しが楽しめたことを思い出し。
こちらのお店を予約してみました。
予約したのは、プレミアム飲み放題付きの博多もつ鍋と馬刺し三種の贅沢コース4500円。
飲み放題は3時間でしたが、時間の都合で2時間にしました。少し料理がグレードアップするとか。
飲み放題メニューを見ると、ビールは瓶ビールがスーパードライ、生がプレミアムモルツ。生は2杯目からピッチャーになります。
日本酒は、霧筑波、真澄、大七、天狗舞などなど。
茶豆は、ビニールの手袋が渡され、2名が掴んだ分いただけます。
揚げゴボウサラダ、チキン南蛮、黄金のジャガイモ（インカのめざめ）明太ソース、肉巻き串などなど。
肉巻き串、美味いです。
馬刺しは、この日は馬タン、霜降り、ロース。おろしニンニクでいただく霜降りが美味しい。お酒が進んじゃいます。
もつ鍋は濃厚博多味噌。スープが美味しく、〆のちゃんぽん麺まで楽しめました♪
