マロンジャムの試食有り |
こちらの前を通る度に気になっていた幟の文字・・・やっと時間が合い訪店です。
先客は中学校らしき学生さん達が自転車できていました。(笑)
店内でモンブランソフトを食べる事に。
写真を撮ってパクり。。。栗だぁ～！
品のよい鼻に抜ける栗の香りも幸せ感をアップ。
その時、「良かったら、栗のジャムを試食しませんか？」と言ってくれ、クラッカーと共に3種類の栗ジャムを出して下さいました。
オー・ド・ヴィ(ブランデー風味)の栗ジャムはマロングラッセのようなお味で美味・・ただ、塩味の強いクラッカーだったので栗ジャム本来の旨味が半減してる気がするから勿体ないなぁ～と思っている私の横では、こちらのご主人とうちの主人が栗の木の育て方で盛り上がってましたけど。
色々な栗の木の苗も販売されているとの事で、次回は違う車で苗を買いに来る事になりました。(笑)
