しょうがラーメンにハマり始めた昨今、茨城の荒川沖で佐野ラーメンを発見。こちらは朝ラーもやっているんですね。
カウンターに案内されしょうがラーメンをオーダー。スープはホタテからも出汁も取っているそうです。透き通った澄んだスープはおっちゃんの罪悪感を緩和してくれます。
5分も経たないうちに着丼。綺麗なスープです。そしてあっさりとして香りもよく美味い。しょうがとの相性も期待とおりです。麺は中太ちぢれ麺です。モチモチ感もありしょうがとメンマを絡めて戴くと大盛りにしたらよかった、と後悔の念が湧き上がってきました。それくらい美味いです。
今回も病的一気食い。相当前に食べ始めておられた周りのお客さんを総まくりで完食してしまいました。こちらは本当の後悔。
