平日の12時に入店。
店内はテーブル4人掛け1、カウンター2人区切3。
２名で調理のようです。
店長の挨拶が気持ちいいですね。
直ぐにカウンターに通されました。
偶々空いていたようです。
注文は醤油ワンタンメン950円。
相方はつけ麺普通盛850円。
12分で着丼！
麺を覆う焼豚とワンタン。
スープは豚、煮干とバランス良く、
深い味わいで旨い。
魚介を感じるのは気のせいか。
麺は中太の平打ち麺、ヨリが入っている。
腰も強過ぎず歯応えが良い。
ワンタンは具がしっかり入っている。
焼豚は豚ですが、味の濃い、薄いの２種類。
他店の焼豚麺並に入っています。
あとの具は濃い味のメンマ、ナルト、ワカメなど。
熱々のスープと言う訳では無いが、
コメントにあった、ぬるいほどでも無い。
スープは小鍋で温めるので違いが出るのでしょう。
つけ麺も味見しましたが、ラーメンの方が良い。
煮干つけ麺なら良いかも知れません。
スープまで完飲しました。
