平日の開店5分後着です。先客3名、後客7名。駐車場は店前に7台分ありますが、通りがかるといつも満車な印象です。
◼️ 鶏白湯ラーメン（しょうゆ） 950円

水戸に行く予定が流れて別件で土浦へ。鶏白湯食べようと考えて訪問しました。前回は鶏白湯ラーメン（しお）をいただいたので、今回はしょうゆで。
濃厚鶏白湯。美味しい。
しおも良かったけど、しょうゆはより濃厚さが。
醤油ダレの甘味と旨みがマッチしてます。
自家製麺の中細平打ち麺、味も相性もバッチリです。
トッピングは味玉、水菜、赤タマネギ、メンマ、トマト。
チャーシューはバラ、ロース、とりムネの3つから選べます。
今回はロース。しっとりしっかりで美味しい。
味玉は那須御養卵だそう。黄身が濃厚です。
そして炙られたトマト。これが美味しい。
酸味と甘味が鶏白湯スープにちょうどいい。
追加トマトがあったら（ない）、ぜひ頼みたいです。
