I visited Katsuryu Arakawaoki branch! I took a break over the New Year holidays, so I'm starting Tabelog again today! There is a similar restaurant in Ushiku, but this one is a little more compact, and there are only two employees running it. I usually order pork soba, but they didn't have it on the menu, so I ordered Mazesoba (Soupless noodles)! It was rich in flavor, the noodles were thick, and very filling! It's a local taste, as you would expect! I miss it!
