さて、行き止まりまで行きどうするか？と切り返して店の前に、、、丁度ひとり楊枝咥えて車に乗り込むところ。出て行ったところに停められました！
良かった。
「和節つけそば（太麺）」狙い。
太メンマ、辛みそ団子を追加です。
盛りは普通の300g。
板乗り麺です。まずここでテンション上がりますね！
麺はツルとしてもっちと、、、
太麺ですが喉越しはいいですね！
漬け汁は魚介の旨味が凝縮された感じ。
チャーシューはばらけて汁にいい感じです。魚介にありがちな後から嫌な生臭い感じもなく、旨味が残る感じ。
メンマ好きなので太メンマ追加。
辛みそ団子で途中から味変、、、
今日は割スープで締め。
今日も満足な一品でした。
