お店は土浦駅から400mぐらいのところにあります。
予約なしに訪問しましたが、カウンターに入れました。
【雰囲気】
和で統一された空間は落ち着きがあり、大人な雰囲気です。
小上がりにテーブルがあり、奥には焼き場を囲うようにカウンター席があります。
【料理】
本日は、日本酒で、結城市のむすび結と下記の料理を注文しました。
■しめ鯖と炙り
■さざえの串
■トウモロコシ天
■牛タン串
印象に残ったのはトウモロコシ天で、サクサクした衣の中には甘みが強いトウモロコシが入っており、カレー塩のスパイスがアクセントとなってました。
また、牛タン串も旨味があってジューシーで、コリコリした食感が楽しめます。
日本酒はフルーティな味わいですっきりいただくことができました。
値段は安く、量が大満足な料理を堪能できます。
日本酒好きにオススメのおしゃれなお店だと思います。
