土浦駅からちょっと歩きますが、歩く価値あり。
土浦に来たらついつい行きたくなってしまう良店です。
特にカウンターの席がおススメです。
目の前で焼かれて、燻されていく姿が見えるだけで
美味しさが、気持ちが上がります。
今日はノンアルコールビールに
蓮根と鶏肉の煮物（お通し）につぶ貝の串焼きを
頂きました。
どれも美味しい❗️
前回は藁焼きのカツオが絶品でしたが
今日は頼まず。我慢。
日本酒も来福や武勇、結などを豊富に
揃えてあります。
本来は料理に合わせて楽しめますが、
今日は車なのでお酒も我慢。
茨城は全国有数の日本酒の産地。
女性の杜氏も多く、色々な味が楽しめます。
是非飲んで頂きたいものです。
