本日の昼飯に〝熟成焼肉いちばん 土浦真鍋店〟へ突撃！
土浦ピアタウン前で営業している焼肉店。
食べ放題などの幟が立っていて、質より量の焼肉店というイメージから敬遠していたのですが、土鍋で炊いたご飯が美味いと聞いて訪れてみました。
◯ やわらかハラミランチ180g（¥1,290 税別）
昼から焼肉食べ放題はちょっと…ということで、ハラミのランチをオーダー。
届いた品を見て驚いた。180gってこんなに量多いの？
ほぼほぼ食べ放題状態じゃん！笑
ワンサイズ下の120gで十分ですね。
牛脂を使用することで柔らかく加工しているらしく、タレに浮かぶ脂が凄いことに。
土鍋ごはんは、小さめのお茶碗に軽く３杯分ほど。
コメ一粒一粒が瑞々しく立っていて本当に美味しい！
お代わり自由らしいですが、流石に腹一杯です。
自宅でも土鍋で炊いてみようと思うほど、衝撃の美味さでした！
