なんで妻と喉を潤しに来ました
このお店は、自慢の魚船直送の新鮮魚介は勿論、山形の山菜なども楽しめるって事なので楽しみ
まずは
・生ビール(中)〜500円
で乾杯！くぅ〜旨し

お通しは、山人参葉の和え物
これは旨い
山菜独特の香りがたまりませんね
さてと注文
・スーパーフルーツトマト〜400円
味が濃厚！甘し、旨し
・金目鯛開き〜800円
800円だけど、かなりのサイズで食べ応えアリ
味も最高！
・天然山菜天ぷら〜780円
山形の天然山菜の天ぷら、筍、蕗の薹、山人参の葉
筍と蕗の薹は勿論ですが、お通しにも出た、山人参の葉の天ぷらが秀逸
山人参を食べれるお店って、土浦じゃここだけじゃないかな
小ぢんまりした店内は居心地が良いし、スタッフの接客も好感
焼酎もけっこう頂いて、ほろ酔い気分ですね
そうだ、店頭に手打ち蕎麦の幟が立ってました

つまみも旨いし、〆蕎麦も良し
