今日のお昼は、土浦市の龍乃舞。
龍介の鶏、龍乃舞の豚。
豚に特化したスープが人気。
11時30分到着。
駐車場がないので、
近くのコインパーキングに停めて訪問。
入店して発券機で注文。

味玉中華そば塩 1,000円。
麺ぷりぷり、スープコクあり美味しいです。
強いて言えば、卓上ににんにくあれば最高でした。
このスープは完成度高い。美味しかった。
あとは麺とスープの相性が上がれば。
東京北千住の麺屋音のような調和があると好きです。
凄く美味しいです！
大盛りにすれば良かった！
