ここは今まで3回来ているが、3回とも酔っ払ったあとの〆のラーメンで来ている(^_^;)
今回も骨付き鶏の店で飲んだあとに来た。
ワンタン中華そば(塩) 1050円
を注文した。
ここのスープは豚清湯らしい(看板に書いてあった)
とてもいい出汁が出ていて塩気も尖っておらず、美味しい。
そして縮れの強い平打ち麺は割と硬めでいい感じ。
ワンタンの餡はほんの少しだけのタイプ
チャーシューはレアチャーと煮込みチャーシュー
飲んだ後でもしつこくなく食べられる。
