中華蕎麦(塩) 900円
を食券機で購入。
香りは豚骨やラードのこってり系ラーメンのようなのですが、見た目はかなり澄んだスープです。一口すすると、白湯系のようなコクを残しながらも、出汁を感じることができるスープでした。
ツルツル多加水の手揉み麺はよくスープに絡みます。
こってり白湯系が有名な龍介系列ですが、こちらの素材の活かし方も素晴らしいと思いました。
