土浦には海軍の航空隊があったこともあり、桜町は色街として栄えてきた場所。特殊浴場などが今でも多数営業されております。
当店は、そんなさくら町きらら通りに面した場所に暖簾を出しています。市内にある人気ラーメン店「龍介」の別ブランドとのこと。あちらのスペシャリテはつけ麺だけど、こちらの人気はなんでしょう。
◯特級中華蕎麦（醤油）
全部漢字表記のいかめしいメニューを選択。いきなり千円超えですが、全部乗せのようなイメージなんでしょう。当店で食べるのは初めてだったので、これを選びました。
スープは済んだ黄金色。ひと口含めば、醤油と豚骨の旨味が口いっぱいに拡がります。そんなに主張しない程度の油を感じる美しいスープとなっています。
麺は結構太めの手もみ。小麦感と少々粉っぽさも感じられる硬めでコシのある麺となっております。好き嫌いで言ったら、好みの麺。スープと一緒にいただくと、更に旨さが引き立ちます。
お店はワンオペ。カウンター６席とテーブル席ひとつの店内を、お一人で手際良く切り盛りされております。お客も次々と来店されて結構な人気なのがうかがえました。
